The Groff Memorial Public Library & Museum's board of directors meet on the second Tuesday of each January, March, May, July, September and November at 6:00pm at the library, 118 S. Middle St., Grayville, IL. The board may also schedule special meetings at other times when needed. 

Meeting agendas are posted to this site at least 48 hours in advance of each meeting, and minutes are posted after approved at the next regularly scheduled board meeting.
