Local Obituaries

White and Edwards County residents' obituaries are obtained through local sources including The Prairie Press, The Navigator Journal, WFIW, and WRUL. Obituaries from past years are collected from The Navigator Journal, Mercury-Independent, Mercy, and Independent microfilm papers that we have in the library archives.

Older obituaries are taken from the films, typed out, and made available as soon as possible. This is a continuous process and we appreciate the patience of the community.
